The accident occurred in February at Sarsfield Court in Glanmire.
Gardaí have charged a woman aged in her 40s in connection with a fatal road traffic collision that happened in Cork earlier this year
The incident happened on Sunday February 11th and a woman who was in the vehicle involved died two days later at Cork University Hospital, as a result of injuries sustained in the single vehicle collision.
The deceased, Sheila Dunne lived in Glanmire and was originally from Newcastlewest, County Limerick.
A second woman who was in the car also received treatment for non-life threatening injuries.
The woman will appear before Cork District Court at a later date.
