Patrick (Patsy) O' Sullivan's last known contact with his family was in Lombardstown, in April 1992.

Patsy was 35 years old when he disappeared - he often went away to work for weeks at a time, in different places, but would always keep contact with his family, and return periodically.

He had been working in Co. Kerry and visited his family home at Lombardstown on the Easter Bank Holiday weekend in April that year.

He was due to return home again for a Christening a few weeks later, but failed to do so.

At the time, Patsy was around 5 foot 10 inches tall, of a slim build, with fair/brown hair and green eyes.

Gardai and his family are appealing to anyone with information over his disappearance to contact investigating Gardaí.

Patsy's Brothers Jerry and Eugene made an appeal on RTE'S Crimecall:

An Garda Síochána and Patsy’s family are appealing to anyone who may have information relating to his disappearance to contact investigating Gardaí. They are also appealing to Patsy himself, to make contact with them.

Anyone with any information on Patsy's whereabouts is asked to contact Mallow Garda Station on 022 31450, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.
