Irish Water is warning of a possible disruption in the water supply in the area later tonight ..
Works will be carried out on the watermain connection in the area and customers nearby could experience a disruption in their supply.
The works will take place between 9pm and 1am and water supply could be impacted by reduced pressure and outages.
A section of Gerald Griffin Street will be closed to traffic from 7-30pm this evening until 6 am tomorrow morning and diversions will be in place northbound and southbound.
