Accused will appear in court in Macroom.
A man arrested in connection with the theft of 18 cattle in West Cork has been charged.
A search operation had been ongoing for a fortnight before the cattle were discovered in the Ballydehob area on Monday.
They had been stolen from a farm in Lakelands, Skibbereen overnight on the 24th of November.
The cattle were subsequently found , identified and returned to the owner.
A man in his 30's was arrested and questioned at a Garda Station in County Cork.
He will appear before Macroom District Court later this morning.(Wed)
