Cork comedy The Young Offenders is to be made into six-part television series to be aired on BBC and RTÉ.
BBC Three and BBC Comedy, in association with RTÉ, have commissioned the six-part series from producers Vico Films and filming will begin in Cork this summer.
It's understood that all the main cast are returning for the show.
Originally a feature length film, The Young Offenders was a box office sensation in 2016.
