RSA awards presented at Dublin Castle.
C103's Cork Today Show has landed a top accolade at the Leading Lights Awards presented by the Road Safety Authority.
The station has won the Gay Byrne Media award for initiatives on raising awareness about road safety and highlighting the devastating consequences of road traffic collisions.
There were two particular initiatives, one the victim impact statements of the family of the late Paudie Palmer who died following a road traffic collision on December 29th 2022.
C103 is also honoured for Garda File on the Cork Today Show which regularly advises listeners on matters relating to road safety.
The awards were presented on Wednesday at Dublin Castle.
