Drivers at Bus Éireann say they refuse to become so-called "Yellow-pack" workers. 

Today is the third day of an indefinite strike at the firm with management saying they lost over nine million euro last year and are facing insolvency in a matter of weeks. 

Services remain at a standstill as workers mount pickets at depots around Ireland. 

Dermot O'Leary of the NBRU says they've been pushed beyond breaking point.
