An Bord Pleanala has given the green light to the development on Orchard Road
The five storey student accommodation complex will consist of 3 blocks of student apartments with 219 bed spaces, a study room, lounge, cinema, reception area, offices and storage spaces.
Parking for cars, bicycles and a recycling facility has also been approved.
The development close to UCC will cater for more than 200 students.
