Road conditions are still challenging
Cork County Council has warned that road conditions are still extremely challenging with fallen trees, fallen powerlines and substantial debris.
People are being urged not to undertake any travel unless absolutely necessary.
A status yellow wind warning is in place until 4pm this afternoon.
