SIPTU says it is willing to be flexible in upcoming public sector pay talks with the Government.
It comes as the Public Expenditure Minister Michael McGrath is prepared to make an improved offer to unions ahead of the Budget.
SIPTU says the Minister's intervention is welcome but adds they need to hear from the Government very soon.
