Gardaí in Limerick have renewed their appeal for information after a fatal collision between a car and a van on Tuesday .. A 23-year-old man who was seriously injured , died last night in hospital. He's the second fatality after a 28-year-old man who was a passenger in the car also died .. The collision took place at around 7-30pm on Tuesday evening on Hyde Road and gardai want to hear from witnesses. The driver of the van and his passenger, a five-year-old girl, were also taken to hospital for minor injuries....
