Shortly before 10am a truck struck a wall on the R615, Church Hill near New Inn National School
Crews from Anglesea St. and Ballyvolane fire stations attended but have since left the scene.
No injuries have been reported at this time.
Gardai say the road is expected to be closed until later this afternoon.
