New shop volunteers are needed to join its lifesaving teams in Youghal,Ballycotton and Castletownbere.
RNLI's retail team requires a dedicated volunteer crew like the charity's lifeboats and is looking to recruit people of all ages and abilities.
Shops raise money for their local lifeboat station and there are over 170 around the coast and inland which are run by dedicated volunteers.
