4 and a half year old Hazel Bass from Wicklow was diagnosed in August 2019.
Hazel and her parents Trudi and Daragh arrived at Fota Island Resort for a special 5 star break after Hazel rang the bell in Our Lady’s Hospital in Crumlin to mark the recent end of her treatment.
