Cork City Council is now inviting people to have their say as part of the Part 8 planning process for the proposed development.
The proposed brownfield site named Westside will be located on the former Blackwater Motors car dealership.
It will consist of 43 social housing units in a single four to five storey L shaped block.
The scheme will also include car parking and bicycle spaces.
Submissions and observations can be made to Cork City Council until July 21st at 4pm.
