Irish Ports Safety Forum will host the first Irish Port Safety Week from November 1st to 5th
The port authorities have joined forces to highlight and enhance collective safety responsibility with events planned under a different theme for each day next week.
Port of Cork will be taking part in the initiative aimed at improving safety and performance and eliminating accidents at work.
Topics across the week will include awareness of rules,machinery,driving,manual handling,wellbeing and water safety.
