Cork City Council has received an application for a building project in Blackpool.
Unique Fitout Unlimited Company is seeking permission to demolish the former Distillery Bar on Watercourse Road and build an apartment block with a commerical unit.
The Echo reports that the proposed build would include 22 apartments which would be a mix of one, two and three bedrooms.
The scheme will also have bicycle parking spaces and a decision is expected in February.
