The blaze broke out a house in Liosard, Lotamore, Mayfield this morning.
A number of people were treated for smoke inhalation after a fire at a house at Liosard, Lotamore in Mayfield.
The alarm was raised at around 8.30 this morning.
Two units of the city fire service attended.
It is understood that a child is among the four casualties.
They were first treated by firefighters before being transferred to hospital.
