Councillor Mary Linehan Foley says the presentation will move to an online ceremony ths year.
The awards will mark the outstanding contributions made by individuals,community and voluntary groups across the county.
People should contact their local County Councillor or the Public Participation Network representatives to suggest nominees.
The closing date for submissions is Wednesday February 10th.
