Construction is set to start immediately on 152 social housing units in County Cork.
Contracts have been awarded for 52 units in The Miles, Clonakilty, a further 50 in Poundhill, Skibbereen and 50 in Oakwood, Macroom.
The contracts, awarded to Torc Housing Partnership, are under Bundle 2 of the PPP project.
Construction is expected to take between 14 - 18 months.
