An arrest has been made
A man was treated in hospital after an alleged assault on the northside of Cork city on Saturday afternoon.
Gardai were called to Nash's Boreen at around 3-30pm where a man was found with injuries and was taken to Cork University Hospital for treatment.
His injuries were described as non life threatening.
Another man was arrested and detained for questioning.
