A man being questioned in connection with the discovery of a body in East Cork yesterday morning has been released from garda custody.
A file is to be prepared for the DPP.
A 29-year-old Eastern European was found dead in a farmhouse near Ladysbridge.
The deceased had sustained a number of injuries.
A man in his 20s was arrested and taken to Cobh Garda Station for questioning before being released without charge.
