Gardaí are investigating an assault that is reported to have occurred in the Ballincollig area last night.
A man, in 20s, suffered several stab/slash type injuries reporting to be assaulted by a group of men
at around 9:30pm.
He was taken to Cork University Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Gardai say that investigations are ongoing and that they have not been provided with a more precise location.
