A man has been charged to appear in court in connection with the seizure of suspected heroin worth 3,000 euro in Cork city.
Gardai executed a search warrant at a flat on Wellington Road yesterday and saw a man in the process of dividing suspected drugs into small bags.
The drugs were seized along with a weighing scales and plastic bags.
The man in his 20`s was arrested and taken to Mayfield Garda Station for questioning.
He`s since been charged to appear before today's sitting of Cork City District Court.
