106 admitted patients are waiting for a bed in Cork hospitals today.
The figures from the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation show there are 76 at Cork University Hospital, 24 at the Mercy and 6 at Bantry General Hospital.
The overall total around the country is 627 and the single highest figure is University Hospital Limerick with 97.
