Antoinette Burke confronted Micheál Martin over the healthcare treatments available to her daughter Katie, over three weeks ago.
Since then she has sat down with the Taoiseach who promised her action in Katie's case.
She says she was promised a consultant would contact her within days, but three weeks on, she says she’s heard nothing.
Her daughter Katie has been waiting for surgery since she was four years old.
