The closure is for Tunnel maintenance works.
Motorists are advised that The Jack Lynch Tunnel will be fully closed in both directions from 9pm tonight to 4am Wednesday morning.
Road users are also being advised of lane restrictions on the N25 Eastbound in the Interchange area.
