Nurses are demanding the government take action to deal with what they describe as chronic overcrowding in ED's.
General Secretary of the INMO, Phil Ní Sheaghdha said they were sounding the alarm on grim conditions in each ED across the country.
She says nurses and midwives have just come out of the worst of COVID-19 and are now working in a system that is sleepwalking into another overcrowding crisis.
