IDA sees growth in FDI in Cork and Kerry

IDA Ireland says it grew Foreign Direct Investments by 37% in the South West Region over the past five years.

202 IDA client companies now employ just under 43 , 000 people.

The authority had set out to achieve a 30 to 40% uplift in investment in all regions outside of Dublin ..

The South-West Region covers Cork and Kerry and offers competitive and strong value propositions for companies.

It also has a dynamic skills base across industry sectors along with the presence of UCC and the Institutues of Technology in Cork and Tralee.
