11 vaccination centres will start administering Monkeypox jabs next Monday.
The HSE says around 6,000 to 13,000 people would benefit from the vaccine.
Ireland has secured 2,000 vials of the jab so far.
There have been 194 Monkeypox cases here with 11 people hospitalised.
