Blackwater Valley Opera Festival will be offering free open air recitals in Fermoy and Youghal over the June Bank Holiday weekend.
Organisers are encouraging local community groups and music lovers to avail of the opportunity to experience highlights of the festival in a less formal way and enhanced by an outdoor scenic setting.
Lunchtime recitals will be held in Youghal Green Park on Saturday the 4th of June and in Fermoy Town Park on Monday the 6th of June both at 12 noon.
Ireland's Summer Opera Festival runs from May 31st to June 6th in unique venues across the Blackwater Valley.
