It is one year today since the fire at the multi-storey car park which forced the centre to close.
It had been hoped to re-open in September but the impact of the coronavirus pandemic slowed down the construction phase.
But speaking to Cork’s 96FM & C103 news Bartosz Mieszala says they are remaining positive that they can open on November 12th with the return of a lot of the same retailers who say they are also looking forward to reopening:
