Hospital overcrowding in Cork has shown no sign of improving according to the INMO's figures.
Cork North Central Sinn Fein TD, Thomas Gould says the lack of community care and increasing pressure on already overburdened hospitals is creating the perfect storm.
Deputy Gould says the government is failing the people by not listening to others constructive proposals:
