69 patients are without a bed in Cork hospitals.

Cork University Hospital is the second most overcrowded in the country with 53 admitted patients on trolleys.

Figures from the INMO show University Hospital Limerick with 54 having the highest number of patients without a bed.

The total figure for Cork is 69 with 12 at the Mercy and 4 at Bantry General Hospital.

Today's national figure is 429.
