The scheme is designed to provide affordable, long-term rental accommodation for people on middle incomes who find private rents out of reach.
The development includes six two-bedroom houses and two four-bedroom homes.
Rents are set at least 26 percent below the local market rate.
Applications open at 12 noon on Thursday, the 27th of November, and will remain open until 12 noon on Thursday, the 11th of December.
