Colin Healy resigned on Wednesday night after almost three years in charge.
Newly appointed Sporting Director Liam Buckley has confirmed that he has no plans to be the new manager of Cork City.
The former St Patrick's Athletic boss was appointed in his new position on Wednesday afternoon but will not be in the running to succeed Colin Healy as first team manager, after the Cork native stepped down.
