An EGM has been called for March 13th where members will be presented with three proposals
Cobh Ramblers Co-Operative Society Limited members voted on Friday 11th December 2022 to reach out and seek investment from outside of the club’s current membership model to remain competitive as a Football Club.
Following several expressions of interest and detailed discussions with interested parties there are now 3 initial proposals on the table that the board feel can be viably brought to the membership.
The purpose of the EGM is to present each of the 3 proposals to the Members with the intention of agreeing a proposed strategy to move forward and enter detailed discussions with 1 of the parties.
No prior information in relation to these 3 proposals are available ahead of the meeting in March
