Some operators can't get quotes if they have had claims made against them
A popular childs play zone in Cork says it's unfortunate that centres like theirs around the country are at risk of closure because of massive insurance increases and the claims culture that has spiked in recent times.
In a post on social media, Chuckies said that these factors could mean play centres will be a thing of the past.
It's understood that premiums have doubled for some operators, with others not even quoted if they have had claims made against them.
