Campaigners in Bantry were delighted when An Bord Pleanala decided to grant planning permission to a Lidl Store for Bantry
Campaigners were looking for a discount retailer to come to Bantry to add to choice for the town.
There were objections to the project as some feared it would take people out of the town centre.
