The clubhouse at Midleton Football Club was broken into at around 11 o'clock last night. It has been reported that there was extensive damage done to the clubhouse.
Gardaí arrested a man aged in his 20s at the scene last night, he was taken to Cobh garda station where he was charged in relation to the incident and he was due to appear at Mallow District Court this lunchtime.
