The boil water notice on Whiddy Island Water Supply has been lifted with immediate effect.
Following the completion of remedial measures and the receipt of satisfactory monitoring results, Irish Water and Cork County Council made the decision following consultation with the HSE.
The boil water notice was originally issued on September 7th 2021.
Consumers on the Whiddy Island Water Supply can now resume normal use of the water supply.
