The body of a man in his 70s has been discovered in County Kerry.
He was found unresponsive in the early hours of the morning outside a premises on Church Street in Kilgarvan.
He was taken to University Hospital Kerry in Tralee, where he was pronounced dead.
Gardaí say they are investigating all of the circumstances around the death and the scene is currently preserved.
The State Pathologist and the local coroner have been notified and a post-mortem examination will determine the course of the investigation.
