Permission has been granted to build 13 apartments in Blackpool
The first is at 44 Watercourse Road, and Cypriot based developers Lascara Limited will convert the building into 5 one bed and two studio apartments.
There are 6 apartments planned by the same developers on the first floor of the Plaza Building on the same road.
This will consist of 1 studio apartment, 3 x 1 bedroom and 2 x 2 bedroom apartments.
It will also included the refurbishment of existing stairs, construction of new exterior access stairs from ground to first floor and the construction of new ramp from lower ground floor to ground floor level, the construction of balconies and replacement and installation of windows at the eastern, western and northern building elevations, minor alterations and all associated site development works at the first floor.
