A third man has been arrested following a fatal assault in Tralee on the 5th of October.
Thomas Dooley was killed while attending a funeral in a local cemetery and his wife was also injured in the attack.
A man in his 40's is being held for questioning at Tralee Garda Station.
Two other men have been charged with murder in relation to the killing.
