Tulisa has broken her silence on why she deleted all her jungle posts after sparking confusion.
I'm A Celebrity fans say they 'need answers' after Tulisa Contostavlos failed to appear on the reality series companion show, and deleted all posts regarding her time in the jungle from social media.
The N-Dubz singer became the third campmate to leave the jungle, following Loose Woman's Jane Moore and Radio 1 host Dean McCullough.
Among these now-gone postings were the announcement of her participation in the show last month and the account management that documented her time in Australia during her absence.
In a video posted on Wednesday morning, Tulisa addressed the confusion surrounding her absence.
Tulisa said: “I’m just doing a little video to clear a couple things up.”
“Just so you know, when I came out of the jungle, I felt fine first of all and then that evening my friends went to bed.”
“I was on my Instagram trying to have a nice little scroll at some funny stuff,” she continued.
“I was getting a lot of attention, a lot of bombarding in all the most positive way. But because it’s been a while for me I can get overwhelmed quite easily.”
“And I just started to feel overwhelmed. I thought do you know what, I really just need to take a bit of time for me and just chill.”
“This is all feeling just a little bit much at the moment. I’m just going to archive all my stuff to do with the jungle,” she confessed.
“Then when the time is right and I’ve had a little time to process I’m going to make my own reels of all my best bits I really like.”
Unpacked host Joel Dommett also addressed viewers during the show and said: "Unfortunately we don't have Tulisa on the show today."
Viewers were quick to take to social media to share their concerns. This makes it the first time an ex-campmate has failed to appear on the follow-up discussion show following their exit.
Melvin Odoom who was the fourth celeb to leave is expected to make an appearance tonight.
One fan said: "Right huns, what’s the tea with Tulisa not appearing on Unpacked today?? Apparently she’s deleted everything to do with #ImACeleb from her socials. It’s a bit strange that Ant & Dec haven’t had their little chat with Joel like they normally do too…"
Another viewer added: " What’s going on with Tulisa since leaving #ImACeleb she didn’t turn up on #Unpacked and has deleted her photos on her instagram removing any trace that she was on the show."
