Music for the love of it with Cultural Companions

As part of our Bealtaine Festival celebrations, Cork Cultural Companions invite you to a wonderful double whammy of music to enjoy.
MUSIC FOR THE LOVE OF IT! TRY THE VEEH HARP With Eithne from 2pm
The Veeh Harp is known as the "most accessible" musical instrument, making it an ideal introduction to music all abilities. With its easy-to-play design, the Veeh Harp creates a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone to experience the magic of music-making. In this hands-on introductory workshop, Eithne will guide participants through the sounds of the Veeh Harp, helping them unlock their creativity and confidence in a supportive, group setting. It’s a perfect opportunity to try something new, connect with others, and share the joy of making music together. Bealtaine marks the return of warmth, light, and new energy, it’s the perfect time to lift your spirits and recharge through the power of song. This session is designed to help you let go, reconnect with your voice, and embrace the joy of shared music in a welcoming, no-pressure environment. Singing has long been a way to build connection, boost mood, and release stress. Whether you’ve been singing for years or want to give something new a try, you’ll leave this workshop with Fi feeling energised, uplifted, and part of something bigger.
Lady Fi is a professional singer and facilitator of singing for wellbeing classes and Big Sing across Cork County.
